Joshua then worked for 20 years all over the world in restaurants fine tuning his trade, until he settled on the Mornington Peninsula, south of Melbourne, in 2007, where he opened his first of three very successful restaurants – Two Buoys Wine & Tapas Bar in Dromana.
After almost 15 years of owning restaurants, he hung up the boots to focus solely on the one thing he has always loved the most – wine.
Joshua has opened his personal cellar, that has been decades in the making, and has interwoven it into a current list of wine styles from all over the world that will give choice for all budgets and palates.
My Smart Cellar’s goal is to help people navigate through the wonderful world of wine, exploring all different varietals and styles and what happens when they age.
