We have designed the cellar into categories with similar mouth feels and 'weights', acid, and tannins. We have done this to help you try some wines you might not have heard of. So if it is in the same category as a wine you already like, give it a crack! For example, if you love Australian Rieslings as they are lightweight and have lots of citrus flavours and high acidity, then you would see Albarino in the same category, which has a lot of similarities. We suggest you try it, and continue to unearth more wonderful wine varieties worldwide.
