2014 Leo Buring DW R18 Leonay Watervale Riesling

We have not tasted this wine recently, but the last time we did, it was delicious.

Zesty lime and lemon top notes are followed by orange rind, green apple and some flinty mineral end notes. Racy palate flavours of lemon and lime fill the mouth over some orange rind, green apple and flinty mineral finishing with crisp crunchy acidity. Excellent concentration with a long lime, citrus, orange rind and flinty mineral aftertaste.

The acid now will have settled down a little, but the flavours would be there, with some incredible aged characters.
