2016 Domaine Louis Michel & Fils Sechets 1er Cru

Scents of grapefruit, stones and flowers. A tight, dense and wonderfully pure wine, with pronounced minerality and enveloped with white fruit notes.

In the past, Premier Cru Séchets was vinified with Vaillons, but this wine has been made separately since 2010. Its aromatic richness, complexity and sharp minerality make it an excellent Premier Cru for cellaring.

Ullage is 10-15mm from the capsule.
