The Yarra valley has three distinct geographic zones or sub-regions - lower warmer, middle cool and higher cooler sub-regions. We have matched particular varieties with the specific sites to give you outstanding examples of single vineyard wines.

Winemaking Notes

A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine - 100% whole berry fermentation in open vessels for three weeks, followed by a 10 month maturation in French back barrels.

Growing Conditions

A warm dry early season with ideal flowering conditions has resulted in excellent crops and strong varietal flavours.

Some bottles have some label damage.
