2018 Higher Plane Fiano

Straw in colour, clear & bright. A complex & alluring bouquet of ripe guava, melon, quince & preserved lemon, complemented by hazelnut & struck flint notes. In the mouth the wine is structured & textured, aided by the skin contact during fermentation, yet remaining balanced with refreshing saline acidity keeping the focus straight & true.
