2020 Crittenden Estate Kangerong Chardonnay

Estate grown, hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. Barrel ferment with 25% second use; eleven months in oak. Wild yeast. Characters of white stone fruit and citrus on the nose. Peach, lemon curd and grapefruit on the palate. A touch of flint and good supporting acid.
