Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green to the edges. The nose expels fresh pear and lime aromas trailed by infusions of fresh herbs and steely mineral notes. Light and racy, mineral infused flavours of lime and crunchy green apples overlay infusions of fresh herbs. Dry steely finish with crisp acidity and a very zesty aftertaste.
