2021 I Love Monsters La Birba Pet Nat

The bubble derives from an ancestral winemaking method, also called Pet Nat. It has a vivid salmon pink color, thanks to a short maceration on the grape skins. Aroma with light notes of white flowers and strawberry linked to a subtle sensation of bread crust, given by the presence of yeast. Dry taste, fruity and fresh scents supported by a good acid vein. It is advisable to turn the bottle upside down before opening it.

The brainchild of Ondine de la Feld, I Love Monsters comprises two small vineyards totalling 2ha in Macerata’s coastal facing hills. Using the indigenous Verdicchio and Lacrima, De la Feld produces nervy, saline, low intervention wines of real personality and pedigree.
