Low to moderate acidity. Medium to full bodied - depending on age and quality. Softer, honey, peaches, apricots & perfume.
Mandarin and cantaloupe fruits spill onto a luscious palate. Some nougat and lees derived characters add further richness.
Textured and mouth-filling, the fruit is powerful long and very beautifully defined. These fruit flavours are complexed with barrel ferment characters.
With aromas of fresh honeycomb intermingle with juicy summer peaches, this off-dry wine has a finely textured palate, displaying underlying purity and power.

Full bodied and dry with the mid palate dominated by white nectarine characters, a whiff of flint and keeps its line with firm but not hard acidity.
Dense and rich but with freshness and energy on its side. Big and bold but balanced. A seriously good, fuller flavoured white wine.
