Crisp and very dry, high to very high acidity. Very lightweight. Highly aromatic with stunning cirus flavours. Note: as rieslings age they round out on mouthfeel and get much more complex aromas but still keep wonderful acidity. If you like Aussie riesling, you will love Albarino.
The nose has lifted floral characters with citrus aromatics of grapefruit, lime and lemon. The palate is seamless with a richness of flavour built from almost perfect ripening conditions.
